Garfield1-2323 warrants all workmanship and will correct any found to be faulty as long as the original purchaser resides at the property where the job was installed.
All materials will be installed in accordance with the highest standards set forth by Garfield1-2323 in conjunction with installation procedures consistent with manufacturer requirements. All materials installed by Garfield1-2323 will also carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
Replacement Window Glass Breakage
Garfield1-2323 warrants that should the glass break or crack in your window, for as long as you, the Original Purchaser/Property Owner shall live in and own the property at the address listed herein.
Garfield1-2323 shall provide a new sealed glass unit at no charge except for shipping and handling charges. Installation of new unit is included in this warranty.
Coverage hereunder is limited to the Original Purchaser/Property Owner only and is not transferable to other owners. Removal of the windows from the premises invalidates the Warranty. Acts of God (floods, hail storms, earthquakes, fires and acts of civil unrest, wars, riots, etc.) are excluded from coverage herein. Architectural (bent glass) garden windows, patio doors, tempered units, special shapes and beveled or grooved glass are excluded.
Apartment buildings, condominiums, commercial buildings are also excluded from coverage.
New Roof System
On a complete roof system, Garfield1-2323 will match the length of the manufacturer’s warranty of the shingle installed.
Roof systems (minimum 4/12 roof pitch required) need to include all manufacturers required components including proper ridge and soffit ventilation, ice guard material, and appropriate flashings such as rake edge and soil stack collars. Sealant dependent flashings will be warranted for a period of ten (10) years (i.e. chimney flashing). Basic roof installations, which do not include all roof systems components, will be protected by a five (5) year labor warranty. This warranty only applies to new products installed as a primary roof layer by Garfield1-2323.
Incidental Damage
Any warranties provided by Garfield1-2323 do not cover any acts of God, including but not limited to: fire, flood, lightning, hurricane, tornadoes, wind storms, earthquakes, hail, misuse, shortage of water or electrical supply, damage caused by freezing and/or vandalism. Further, any warranties, provided by Garfield1-2323 do not cover damage due to structural settlement or shrinkage.
Furthermore, Garfield1-2323 is not responsible for any and all incidental damage to the inside of the premises resulting from vibration, demolition, nails, or any other acts by Garfield1-2323 or its agents or representatives.
Warranty Registration
To effect the registration of this warranty, the application for warranty registration is to be completed by the original property owner(s) within 30 days after completion of the job and mailed to Garfield1-2323 at:

Claims Procedure
Any claim must be presented to Garfield1-2323 complying with the claims procedure established by Garfield1-2323. A claim must be filed within a period of time of discovery. Garfield1-2323 will supply the claimant with claim forms. The form must be completed and submitted with photos and proof of purchase to: Garfield1-2323, Warranty Claim, 23215 Commerce Park Drive, Cleveland 44122. Call 216-421-2323 for immediate response to any emergency claims.
Transferability
The Lifetime Limited Warranty is transferable by the original purchaser – the current property owner to the successor owner of the property. Upon transfer, the transferred warranty period shall be limited to twenty-five (25) years from the original installation date of the original purchaser.
